Our Purpose
At Shield Me LLC, our purpose is clear - to empower individuals to confidently engage with their mobile devices without the fear of falling victim to scams or fraudulent schemes. We strive to educate and protect users from privacy breaches and security threats, ensuring that everyone can answer calls with the confidence that they are protected.
Families deserve to have peace-of-mind when using their smartphones, and our application provides that for all ages. Our goal is to ensure that scammers get blocked and shut down before they even have a chance to get to you or your loved ones.
Our Story
Shield Me LLC began as the brain child of it's founder, Jonathan Reece Tofaute. Having been a banker for over 3 years, he saw his clients losing money time and time again to scams that took advantage of the community he served. He then heard of his family members falling victim to scams that robbed them of their hard earned money, and finally, he had enough.
After over a year of planning and design, he began to develop the Shield Me app, and application that surpasses any other available on the market today. Not only does it provide text filtering as many do, but it is able to catch scams in real-time making it the first app of it's kind.
From sketches on paper to the development progress seen now in our current prototype, our dream of bringing all-encompassing protection to smartphone users has been realized. We would love you to join us on our journey, and we look forward to accompanying you and your family on yours.
